Wednesday Walk

Woke with a wicked headache. Ate just so I could take Exedrin. At the end of the day I am not sure if getting rid of the headache was worth the way the caffeine made me feel. Shaky, weak, bloated and hard to breathe.

Mid-morning I pointed out the snow falling to Max and he ran to get his shoes. We played outside for two hours. The snow quickly disappeared and weather was really nice. He had a blast shoveling leaves with his little snow shovel. I think he will really get a kick out of shoveling snow.

Went to the chiropractor. Should have done it weeks ago. He chastised me a bit for not coming in sooner and I told James it was OK if he said "I told you so." For some reason I just blamed the headaches on being pregnant without really thinking about the fact that the chiropractor could help with my changing body. I have another appointment next week and I think I will go much more frequently from now on.
