Dinner Flop
Baddaddy and I like to make our own mashed potato bowls (like the ones from KFC.) It's basically potatoes, gravy, cheese, corn (optional) and chicken. How can you go wrong with that. But we got a new kind of popcorn chicken and it was so nasty!!! We shouldn't have eaten any of it, but we both ate just enough to really upset the tummies. I hate it when I spend any time at all in the kitchen and it flops. I am not a great cook to begin with, but it really makes me feel dumb when the simple meals aren't edible. I threw away the rest of the chicken and we ate Eggo waffles for dinner. But hey, they are nutrigrain, low-fat, cinnamon waffles so I am sure they have all kinds of nutritional value.

I hate it when dinner flops. Dragon doesn't understand why I don't like to cook and it's because I hate to spend that much time in the kitchen for it to taste "alright". I don't want to be the best chef in the world but I'd like to know some tips to make a great meal in minutues.
My Young Women tease each other than no one is going to marry them because they don't know how to cook. I set them straight when I tell them that I married my best friend and he loves me even though I don't know how to cook. They think I'm silly.
I hate it when a meal flops!
A few months ago, I thought I'd try to be all healthy, because I've heard nasty things about ground beef, and every time I get it from Macey's, it's nice and red on the outside where you can see it, then nasty and brown underneath on the inside!
So I bought those Boca burgers and thought I'd ground those up and fry it and use it in Hamburger Helper (I know! Trying to be healthy and, Hamburger Helper!!?!!), and Dalan would never know the difference!
Well, we took one bite and, YECK!!! I mean, it was really awful!! Not even the cheesey sauce would cover the nasty taste! So we scrounged for dinner. I was so upset. Then I wished I had just used the rotten hamburger from Macey's!! (ha, ha!) :)
