Max is a bit of a scaredy cat and it takes him awhile to try new things. He had a blast just running around watching other kids play. But he didn't want to actually doing any of the stuff. I finally got him to get onto one bouncy mat which he hesitantly enjoyed. He got a little braver and started to climb up the slide ladder. I went with him and as he tried to turn around and go back I carried him the rest of the way. We sat at the top trying to calm him down and finally went down the big slide. He loved it...but not enough to do it again.
