Grandma F

Mom came a few days after Zane was born and not only was it fun to have her visit but she was a huge help. One morning she finished a sewing project that I have had sitting around for months and it took her no time at all to finish. Max is excited about his new books and I think they will work well for church activity books.

The next morning she helped me move the office around and move all of the toys out of the boy's bedroom into their "new" toy room. Max really seems to like it, naptime and bedtime run more smoothly and all the mess can be contained to one room.

Those were the big projects but there were lots of little ways she helped out; making food, playing with Max and of course holding Zane. And I really enjoyed our conversations as I asked her all kinds of questions about her own time raising young kids. I learned fun things about my Mom and helpful hints about infants.

Thanks Mom!
