Max attended his first birthday party when he was invited to Kolter's party at the aquarium. Max was the youngest one there but he and Kolter are buddies and Kolter wanted him there. We started with a game of Fish Fish Shark (Duck Duck Goose) which Max got a kick out of. To begin with he sat right in the middle of the circle of kids. Then he realized the kids were chasing each other and for the rest of the game he ran around the outside of the circle yelling "Fish Fish Shark."
We enjoyed cake and ice cream and opened presents. We lent Kolter our Leapfrog Letter Factory video and he loved it so much that we got him his own copy. After that we wandered around the Aquarium. It is one of Max's favorite places and he loves the penguin exhibit.
