Book Group was at my house this month and we read one of my favorite books...The Goose Girl. We didn't spend as much time as I would like discussing the book, but we rarely do. I was a little nervous but several women came and everyone enjoyed themselves. I had fruit pizza for a snack, but instead of putting it on the cookie I had the fruit out for everyone to put on themselves. Several of them asked me for the recipe.

Tiffany came over early and we spent time before and after talking in depth about the book. She hadn't read it before and enjoyed it so much that she borrowed the second book, Enna Burning, so we were able to discuss both books. I very much enjoy the girl's night out but regret that so much of the conversation revolves around the same topics and even some of the same stories repeated over and over.

Haven't heard of the book Goose Girl. I'll have to check it out. Your dessert looks delish. Must share on your blog!
I would have loved to be in this book group...one of my favorites as well.
Our ward book group is made up of much older women and they usually read books I have no interest in. I should probably just get over it and try it out, but I want a fun young book group to go to...oh well.
Oh and the food looks super yummy! :D
